THE PROCESS

First Consultation

Our process begins with a preliminary discussion to understand your wants and needs. We'll review inspirational homes and reference images you've gathered, and have an initial architectural and budget discussion to establish a baseline for the project.

Follow-Up & Agreement

After our first meeting, we will prepare a detailed preliminary budget for us to review together. This ensures we are perfectly aligned before moving forward. Once the budget is approved, we will draft a Design Services Agreement to officially begin the design and architecture phase.

Construction Begins!

With the design and architecture finalized and the agreement in place, we move into the construction phase. This is where our team begins the exciting work of bringing your vision to life.
